Returns Policy

On all products (aside from earrings), there is a 7 day cooling off period during which you are able to return products in the original condition for a full refund or exchange for another product.

If goods are returned after this period, we only offer an exchange. 

For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on earrings or earring sets unless faulty or damaged.

Should a product be damaged in the post, please email a photograph and use your order number as the subject to:

[email protected]

The items being returned to us are your responsibility, therefore we are not liable if the product is lost in the post. It is highly recommended that you use a recorded service to insure you for the cost of the goods. 

Only in the event of a damaged item, will we refund the value of return postage.
